ACT ALERT 2020

Once again, Kinta High School has chosen the ACT as our nationally recognized assessment for the College and Career Readiness Assessment (CCRA).  It will be administered to all grade 11 students during the OSTP testing window in April 2020.  In preparation we are offering ACT test preparation classes in school and online.  If your child wishes to take additional ACTs there are 7 national (Saturday) exams given each year at various locations throughout the state.  Area colleges also offer residual ACT tests that are valid only for their individual institution.  Students need to score a minimum of 19 on each subtest to avoid having to take 0-level courses in college.  Each Junior and Senior at Kinta School qualifies for two fee waivers which can be obtained from Ms. Edwards.  If you have any comments, thoughts, or feedback regarding our selection please contact the high school office and ask for Ms. Edwards.
